What is ECO-02?

ECO-02 (English Community Organization Saguenay—Lac-Saint-Jean) supports English speakers in the e Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region of Quebec — a primarily French-speaking area.

We provide information about local healthcare and social services, and we organize a wide range of free or low-cost events and activities to help build community and foster connections.

But ECO-02 isn’t just for English speakers!

While our programs are designed to serve the English-speaking population first, French speakers are always welcome.

Many of our events — like Paint Club and Speak & Share — take place in bilingual environments, making them the perfect opportunity to practice English, meet new people, and take part in inclusive community life.
