Our Youth Drop-In Hours run every other Friday until Aug 22. These sessions are for secondary and post-secondary youth (ages 13-19) to make use of the ECO-02 Community Space and its resources, including:

Youth Sushi Night
Sushi making is from 5–6:30pm, with regular drop-in activities taking place from 4–9pm.

Youth Book Club is the perfect place for young literature lovers to meet and discuss their latest reads!

Join us for the first-ever session of Tumble Bums, our brand-new monthly drop-in playgroup for parents and caregivers with young children!
Connect with other families, enjoy free coffee and snacks, and let your little ones (ages 6 and under) play, explore, and make new friends in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Plant Swap
Join fellow plant lovers at this month’s Plant Swap, a casual gathering where you can exchange cuttings, refresh your collection, and pass along plants you no longer love.

Hiking Club
Ready to hit the trail? Join our brand-new Hiking Club and explore the stunning natural beauty of Saguenay with fellow outdoor enthusiasts and community members!
This month’s hike takes us to the Eucher Trail in La Baie — a scenic route that typically takes around 2 hours to complete, depending on pace and fitness level.

Walking Club
Explore Saguenay’s scenic trails and get your daily steps in at our Walking Club. This time, we’ll be walking the beautiful trail at the Musée de la Pulperie.
Meet us by the train installation in front of the museum at 10:00 AM. We’ll wait about 5 minutes for any latecomers before setting off together.

Walking Club
Looking to get outside and enjoy some fresh air? Join us for a relaxed community walk along the beautiful Rivière aux Sables..
We’ll meet at the parking lot of Rivière aux Sables at 10AM before setting off on a scenic stroll. Whether you’re bringing a stroller, your dog, or just yourself, everyone is welcome.
The parking lot is just off of the Rue du Vieux Pont, next to the Centre de soin de la rivière-aux-sables.
⏰ We’ll begin walking 5 minutes after the scheduled start time, so try to arrive promptly.
It’s a great chance to connect with others, stretch your legs, and enjoy the outdoors—hope to see you there!

Senior Breakfast: Info Session
ECO-02 is pleased to invite you to this month’s Senior Breakfast, featuring a special presentation by the Centre d’assistance et d’accompagnement aux plaintes (CAAP).
Join us on Wednesday, June 18 for a free, welcoming breakfast including breakfast sandwiches and other refreshments. Following the meal, CAAP will lead an informative session on understanding your healthcare rights and how to make a formal complaint, should the need arise.
This is a great opportunity to enjoy a meal, connect with others, and leave feeling empowered with valuable knowledge.

Walking Club
Our monthly Walking Club is back!
We’ll be walking at Sentier des Battures, Saint-Fulgence.
Come to get your daily steps in—whether you’re looking to stay active and healthy, get out with the stroller, walk the dog, or simply enjoy the view. It’s also the perfect to see the birds migrating back!
We’ll wait 5 minutes before starting for any latecomers.
Super latecomers will have to run to catch up 😜
No registration required.

Coffee Drop-in
Stop by the ECO-02 Community Centre between 9:30 AM–12:00 PM for a cup of something hot (or cold) and connect with other community members!
Whether you want to practice your French or just get our of the house for a couple of hours, our Coffee Drop-in sessions are open to all!

Intergenerational Gardening Workshop
Join us for a special Intergenerational Gardening Workshop in partnership with Ferme La Rouquine! Whether you're new to gardening or have a green thumb, this hands-on session will teach you the basics of starting your garden from seed.
