Like a bargain? These workshops usually cost $60 to attend when booking directly, but we're covering half the cost!

Join us for a calming and heartwarming session for adults with Zoothérapie Mamma Mia.
This activity will explore the subject of seasonal depression, anxiety, and strategies to navigate the holiday season. Spend time connecting with friendly therapy animals, learn practical ways to ease stress, and enjoy a supportive environment with other community members.

Kickstart your mid-week morning with a free, catered breakfast followed by a screening of 'Ageless'—a short film that takes a creative look at ageism, and features some members of Saguenay’s English-speaking community!
Then stick around for an open discussion circle where everyone can share thoughts and reactions.

Join Seniors Action Quebec for essential presentations on the many dimensions of healthy aging!
Guest speakers will address key issues affecting seniors and their families, including tax inequalities faced by single older adults—whether they have always been single or are newly single due to the loss of a partner or divorce—strategies to prevent caregiver burnout, maintaining physical strength and mobility, and accessing government support to age at home.
Whether you are a senior, a caregiver, or planning for the future, you’ll gain practical guidance to help you make the most of every stage of life!

Triolait are hosting a free workshop at our Community Centre about baby motor development.
This session is in French, but if you want to attend as an English speaker, they have bilingual staff and ECO-02 staff will be on-site and can accompany you during the workshop.
