We’re expanding our drop-in playgroup and launching new employment services, along with our exciting new Patient Navigator program—bringing even more support and connection to our community.
All of the events listed below are free to attend, though some may require advanced registration due to limited spaces available.

Not sure where to turn when it comes to your health care needs?
Our brand new Patient Navigator program is here to help you find your way. A pilot project funded by the Secrétariat aux relations avec les Québécois d’expression anglaise, this free and confidential service offers personalized, one-on-one support to help you better understand and access health and social services.
Our Patient Navigator can help you prepare for appointments, connect you to the right resources, and navigate the system with confidence—while also providing assistance and accompaniment to medical appointments when needed.
Whether you’re facing language barriers, travelling for care, or simply feeling unsure of your next step, you don’t have to do it alone—we’re here to support you every step of the way.

You don’t need to read the same book as everyone else. At Book Club, participants are free to read whatever they like, discuss recent favourites, make recommendations, and more—all in a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the Arvida Library.

These yoga classes are open to all levels—whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi.

Every other Friday, we make our community space available exclusively to our younger community members. Youth Drop-In Hours are the perfect place for youths aged 13-19 to socialize and enjoy ECO-02’s resources, including:

ECO-02 is pleased to invite parents and community members to our upcoming Rise & Shine Breakfast, featuring a special presentation on La Maison de Naissance.
Join us for a free, welcoming breakfast with light refreshments and a chance to connect with others in the community. Following the meal, participants will be introduced to the services offered by La Maison de Naissance, including support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, as well as the role of midwives in providing personalized, family-centered care.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about your options, ask questions in a relaxed setting, and leave feeling informed and supported in your journey.

ECO-02 is the community hub for English speakers living in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, Québec.
We share resources about local services and organize free or affordable activities designed to bring people together and strengthen community ties.
Our programs are created with English speakers in mind, but everyone is invited to take part! Many of our events are bilingual and open to all.
